For as long as I can remember, i have struggled with dissociation/de-realisation issues. It has deeply affected my ability to connect and attach to people and my surroundings, which has resulted in me being in some devastating situations where I required urgent medical care and 24 hr observation. When Jen approached me about the Simpson Protocol Hypnosis, I absolutely jumped at the opportunity to take part! It was a beautiful calming and very successful session. I felt very secure in and connected to myself and my surroundings. I cannot wait to reconnect with Jen and work through some other issues in my life that require healing.

Before I started I was constantly lost and within 2 weeks with Jen and allowing myself to let go I was finally able to come back into my body. The amazing support from Jen, this truly helped me reach this level. Having Jen lead me with her amazing love and her amazing support made me feel safe.
