How to Become an Auctioneer in Georgia
In the state of Georgia, auctioneers are required to complete an 80-hour pre-licensing class that covers auction rules and regulations, and then sit for a proctored exam.

Southeastern Academy of Auctioneering's 80-Hour Pre-Licensing Course for Georgia Auctioneers covers all the required rules and regulations, but it also covers so much more. Our course you will:

- Learn the difference between being a contract auctioneer and owning your own auction company.

How Long Does it Take?
Two weeks is all it takes! We do offer a weekend-only course for people who prefer.
What Does it Cost?
Total tuition is $1,000. This includes your application fee of $50 and all necessary course materials. Application fee is due at the time you apply; the remaining $950 is due on the first day of class of auction school.
