Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Sally, an educator, wellbeing practitioner and founder of Sovara Elevate.

With over 25 years’ experience in education, my career has taken me across schools, universities, teacher education and educational consultancy. I’ve worked as a classroom teacher, Primary English Leader, school improvement consultant and university educator, supporting children, educators and families to learn, develop and thrive.

I created Sovara Elevate to bring together two areas I’m passionate about: education and wellbeing.

This shop is not just for teachers. It is a growing collection of thoughtfully created resources for educators, tutors, home educators, parents, children and adults who want practical ways to support learning, confidence, creativity, mindset and wellbeing.

You’ll find educational resources for English, Drama, creativity and critical thinking alongside resources designed to support mindfulness, reflection, positive self-talk, emotional awareness, personal growth and everyday wellbeing.

My belief is simple: learning and wellbeing are deeply connected. Whether we are helping a child become a more confident reader, supporting an educator to create a positive classroom culture, or giving someone the space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves, small changes can have a lasting impact.
