Dr. Timothy Sowards is a 25-year law enforcement veteran, POST-certified instructor since 2004, and founder of Sowards Consulting. He holds a PhD and is a BSCC STC-certified trainer serving probation departments, corrections facilities, and law enforcement agencies throughout California. All courses are STC-certified for in-service credit.
