Welcome to Steady Study Studio. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of digital products sold by Steady Study Studio. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1, Digital Products
Steady Study Studio sells downloadable educational materials, including PDF workbooks, MP3 audio recordings, ZIP folders, and related digital resources. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Customers should provide a valid email address and download and safely store their purchased files after receiving access.
2, Payment and Delivery
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page. Applicable taxes may be added depending on the customer’s location.
Payments are processed securely through Payhip and the available payment provider, such as PayPal or Stripe. Steady Study Studio does not directly receive or store complete credit-card or banking information.
After a successful purchase, the customer will receive immediate access to the download page and an email containing a link to the purchased materials.
3, Personal-Use License
Each purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purchaser’s personal educational use and within the purchaser’s immediate household.
The materials may not be:
• Shared publicly or privately with people outside the purchaser’s household
• Uploaded to websites, social-media platforms, shared drives, file-sharing services, or online groups
• Copied or distributed to students, classes, organizations, or other customers without written permission
• Resold, sublicensed, altered for resale, or included in another product
• Used to create competing commercial materials
Teachers, schools, tutors, and organizations requiring classroom or multi-user access should contact timea@steadystudystudio.com to discuss appropriate permission or licensing.
4, Copyright and Ownership
All workbook pages, written lessons, exercises, illustrations, audio recordings, branding, and other materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Steady Study Studio and their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product gives the customer permission to use it under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the content or copyright.
5, Educational Use
Steady Study Studio materials are created for educational purposes. Individual learning progress depends on factors such as practice, consistency, previous knowledge, and personal circumstances. Specific learning outcomes or fluency cannot be guaranteed.
Materials intended for children should be purchased and used under the supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Purchases must be completed by an adult authorized to use the selected payment method.
6, Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the Steady Study Studio Refund Policy. Because downloadable files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after access or download, except in the circumstances described in that policy or when a refund is required by applicable law.
7, Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, sufficient storage space, internet access, and software capable of opening PDF, MP3, and ZIP files.
If a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, please contact us so we can assist with the problem.
8, Changes and Updates
We may update these Terms or make reasonable improvements to our products. The version displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9, Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady Study Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Steady Study Studio’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10, Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s location.
