Personalized Digital Products

All products sold through our website are personalized digital products created specifically for each customer.

Immediate Production

By placing an order, you expressly request immediate commencement of production.

Production may begin immediately after payment is received.

No Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not available for:

• change of mind;
• mistaken purchases;
• personal preference;
• dissatisfaction with creative style;
• dissatisfaction with wording, storytelling style, illustration style, song style, melody, or artistic interpretation;
• expectations that differ from the customer's personal vision.

Creative Subjectivity

Personalized stories, illustrations, and songs are creative works.

Differences in personal taste, artistic preference, style, wording, melody, visual appearance, or creative interpretation do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds.

Product Issues

If the delivered product:

• contains significant factual errors based on the information submitted by the customer;
• materially differs from the submitted personalization details;
• is not delivered;

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After review, we may, at our sole discretion:

• correct the product;
• provide a replacement version;
• issue a partial or full refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide evidence of:

• customer-submitted personalization information;
• order details;
• production records;
• customer acceptance of these policies;
• digital delivery records.

Such evidence may be used in responding to payment disputes through Stripe, banks, or payment providers.
