Hey, I’m Lauren — founder of the Strength and Recover Club, lifelong athlete, qualified fitness coach, and mum.
Movement has always been a part of my life — from sport-filled days growing up to now coaching others. It’s a passion I’m grateful to share with you.
I help people of all backgrounds build lasting strength, move with purpose, and feel good in their bodies — without extremes, guilt, or unrealistic routines. My approach is simple: strength training, recovery, and flexible workouts that fit into your life, not around it.
I created this space because I understand how it feels to be pulled in every direction and still want to feel strong, energised, and capable. You don’t need hours in the gym or fancy equipment — just a supportive plan and someone who’s in your corner.
