Everything sold in this shop is a digital download. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

There are two exceptions, and both are on me:

The file won't download, or it won't open. Message me within 30 days of your purchase and I'll send the file directly or refund you in full — your choice.

The product isn't what the listing described. Same thing, same 30 days: a fix or a full refund.

To ask for either, message me through Payhip with the email address you used at checkout and a line about what went wrong. I read every message and get back to you as soon as I can.

What isn't a refund reason: buying the wrong pack by mistake, changing your mind after downloading, or ChatGPT producing a draft you don't like. Every listing shows what's inside before you buy, and a first draft is a starting point you edit, not a finished text.

This purchase shows up on your statement as PAYHIP, not SwipeFile AI.
