What you are buying. A digital file — a PDF of written prompts, or a spreadsheet you open in Excel or Google Sheets. Nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription — one payment, and the file is yours to keep.

What you may do with it. Use the prompts for your own work, personal or commercial. I claim no rights to anything an AI tool writes for you from these prompts — publish it, sell it, put it in your listings, no credit needed. What rights you hold in AI output are set by that tool's terms and by the law where you live, not by me.

What you may not do. Resell, share, or give away the files themselves. Do not repackage them into your own prompt pack, template, course, or membership. One purchase is for one person or one business.

No guarantees. These prompts produce first drafts. What comes back depends on the AI tool you use, the details you put in the brackets, and how you edit what it gives you. I don't promise specific results, income, rankings, or sales.

Limitation of Liability. If something goes wrong with a product you bought here, the most I can be responsible for is what you paid for it. I can't be responsible for how AI output performs in your business, or for lost sales, lost time, or costs that follow from using it.

Read before you publish. AI writes confidently and is sometimes wrong. Check facts, numbers, and names before anything goes out under your name. Some fields have rules that apply no matter who wrote the text: real estate listings must follow Fair Housing law, fitness and nutrition content is not medical advice, and claims about products or earnings must be ones you can back up. Those responsibilities stay with you.

AI tools are not mine. ChatGPT and any other tools named in these products belong to their own companies, with their own terms and their own prices. Mentioning a tool is not a partnership, and free plans have usage limits that can change.

Payment and delivery. Prices are in US dollars. Download links appear immediately after payment and are also emailed to the address you enter at checkout.

Changes. These terms can change for future purchases. The version on this page at the time you bought is the one that applies to you.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the state courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, or in the federal court for the Southern District of Florida.
