Right of Withdrawal

For consumers pursuant to the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal

period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sylvarra — Thomas Markus Georg LIPP,

Morhausgasse 2b, 5111 Buermoos, Austria, email: office@sylvarra.art) of your decision to withdraw from this

contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not

obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and

no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same

means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur any fees

as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Important for instant downloads: in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a

tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if

• you have expressly consented to us beginning performance (making the download available) before the

withdrawal period has expired, and

• you have acknowledged and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Add a mandatory checkbox with exactly this content to the Payhip checkout. Without that express consent and

confirmation, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains in place.

Online withdrawal function (“withdrawal button”)

For distance contracts concluded through an online interface, an easily accessible online withdrawal function

must additionally be provided pursuant to § 13a FAGG. Check whether Payhip provides this function; if not, add a

corresponding withdrawal button or link yourself.
