Agreement to Terms

Welcome to THEAHH Hormone Health ("THEAHH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (heytheahh.com), purchasing our digital products, subscribing to our email list, or participating in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

1.1 What We Offer

THEAHH provides:

Educational digital products (guides, protocols, workbooks)
Email newsletters and educational content
Group coaching programs (when available)
Free educational resources and blog content
Social media content related to fibroid symptom management

1.2 Educational Purpose Only

All THEAHH content, products, and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes:

Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Professional healthcare services
A substitute for consultation with qualified medical professionals
A guarantee of specific health outcomes

You must consult with your doctor, gynecologist, or qualified healthcare provider before implementing any recommendations from THEAHH materials.

2. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

2.1 Digital Product Sales

All products are sold as digital downloads through our payment processor (Payhip or other platforms)
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Payment must be received in full before product delivery
You will receive access to your purchase via email immediately upon successful payment

2.2 Refund Policy

Digital Products (Guides, Protocols, Workbooks):

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final
Refunds are not available once the product has been delivered/downloaded
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@heytheahh.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue

Coaching Programs:

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of enrollment and before the first coaching session
Once the first group session has occurred or coaching access has been provided, no refunds will be issued
Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of coaching programs

Exceptions: We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of:

Technical errors that prevent product delivery
Duplicate purchases
Other exceptional circumstances

2.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Copyright and Ownership

All content provided by THEAHH, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, images, and designs
Digital products, protocols, and workbooks
Videos, audio recordings, and coaching materials
Blog posts, social media content, and newsletters
The THEAHH name, logo, and branding

3.2 License to Use

When you purchase a THEAHH digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Download and use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only
Print one copy for your personal use
Access coaching materials during your enrollment period

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

❌ Post products on file-sharing websites or social media
❌ Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
❌ Remove copyright notices or disclaimers from materials
❌ Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
❌ Claim THEAHH content as your own work
❌ Use our materials to create competing products or services

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of your license
Legal action to protect our intellectual property
Liability for damages

3.4 Sharing and Fair Use

You MAY:

✅ Share links to our website or product sales pages
✅ Quote brief excerpts (1-2 sentences) with proper attribution
✅ Screenshot and share social media posts (with our handle tagged)
✅ Discuss concepts and ideas you learned in our community spaces

4. USER CONDUCT

4.1 Community Guidelines

If you participate in THEAHH coaching programs, comment sections, or community spaces, you agree to:

Be respectful and kind to others
Not share medical advice with other participants
Protect the privacy of other community members
Not share coaching group content outside the group
Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. COACHING PROGRAMS (If Applicable)

5.1 Enrollment

Coaching programs run on specific dates (cohort-based)
Enrollment is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis
You must complete enrollment and payment before the program start date
Late enrollment may not be possible once the cohort begins

5.2 Participation Requirements

By enrolling in coaching, you agree to:

Attend or review the initial onboarding session
Engage with materials and participate in good faith
Respect response time boundaries (24-48 hours, longer during Lali's luteal phase)
Understand that coaching is educational, not medical treatment
Not record or share private coaching content without permission

5.3 Coach's Rights

THEAHH reserves the right to:

Remove participants who violate community guidelines
Reschedule sessions due to illness or emergency (with notice)
Modify program format or materials to improve quality
Cancel a cohort if minimum enrollment is not met (with full refund)

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

6.1 No Medical Advice

Lalaine Magnaye is not a licensed medical professional. Nothing provided by THEAHH constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

THEAHH content is based on:

Personal experience with fibroids
Review of peer-reviewed scientific literature
General wellness and lifestyle education

This does NOT replace individualised medical care from qualified healthcare providers.

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Consulting your doctor before implementing any THEAHH recommendations
Evaluating whether recommendations are appropriate for your individual health situation
Monitoring your symptoms and seeking medical attention when needed
Continuing care with your existing healthcare providers

6.3 Assumption of Risk

By using THEAHH products and services, you acknowledge and accept that:

You assume all risks associated with implementing recommendations

THEAHH and Lalaine Magnaye shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Use or inability to use our products or services
Reliance on information provided in our materials
Health outcomes or lack thereof
Technical issues, errors, or omissions in content
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

This includes but is not limited to:

Medical complications
Worsening of symptoms
Delayed medical treatment
Financial losses
Emotional distress

Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

6.5 Medical Emergency

If you experience severe symptoms (heavy bleeding, severe pain, dizziness, fainting), seek immediate medical attention. Do not delay emergency care to consult THEAHH materials or wait for coaching responses.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

7.1 "As Is" Basis

THEAHH products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of content

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

You will achieve specific health outcomes
Fibroid symptoms will improve
Fibroids will shrink or stop growing
You will avoid surgery or medical intervention

Unsubscribing from emails
Discontinuing use of purchased products
Not renewing coaching enrollment

Note: Termination does not entitle you to refunds for products already purchased or coaching sessions already held.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to coaching programs for violating these terms
Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
Discontinue products or services at any time

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at hello@heytheahh.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
