Chef. Seojeong Kim

I’m Seojeong, Korean chef based in Zurich. I’m now pursuing a Master’s in Regenerative Food Systems. I founded THE KIMCHI CLUB, where I share the philosophy of making Korean food through hands-on classes. My work explores how traditional Korean fermentation and regenerative practices can inspire more sustainable ways of eating and living.
