I’m Deedee, founder of Chickadee Design Consultancy. Very pleased to meet you!

I am an independent fashion consultant and design specialist with over 15 years of international experience working on every aspect of fashion design and development, creating collections, managing teams, sourcing and factory negotiations.

I started to create templates and other resources when I realised that not everyone had access to a designer or industry expert to help them on their journey. They are also great for freelance designers wanting to start their own brand or product developers who don't have time to create the files from scratch themselves or maybe want the reassurance of having files that are already to industry standard and only need to be completed with their specific product details.

With 15+ years of experience in garment design, development and consulting, our goal is to demystify the business of fashion and arm you with the knowledge and tools that are difficult to find if you don’t have industry contacts.

I now work with startups and independent brands looking to scale and am passionate about supporting you through your brand launch or helping you on the next steps of your design journey.

The Studio offers a number of services that can be discussed so as to best suit your needs or I have a selection of design, development and mentoring packages that might be perfect for you.

My 360° view of the industry will help you develop your ideas whilst supplying you with the confidence needed to grow and build your brand.

Since starting the studio I have worked with 40+ brands and designers from the U.K, Europe and the States amongst others. Working with you to help realise your dreams, pass on the knowledge and expertise I have acquired and get great products out into the universe!
