Why can't I view the prices in my currency?

Payhip only allows me to set the prices for one currency. I myself am in the UK, but as the US is the biggest market, the prices are displayed in US dollars. Therefore, the price you pay will be in accordance with the current exchange rate between the US dollar and your country's currency. Usually when you proceed to the payment page on PayPal or Stripe, the price you'll be charged will be displayed in the currency you have selected for those accounts.

How will I get my book?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive the links to download your book from Payhip to your reading device, and as an additional measure you'll also receive the links in an email from BookFunnel shortly after. So whichever links you use, you can rest assured you'll be able to access your book on your preferred device - eg. Kindle, Nook, Apple/Android device, PC - just as you would purchasing from your usual online book retailer. The process is very quick and easy.

What if I still have technical issues?

In the rare event you do happen to have difficulties accessing your book, click on the link in the email you've received from BookFunnel, and in the top right-hand corner of the page, you'll see a Need Help? button. This will direct you to the excellent technical support team at BookFunnel who will be happy to sort out any issues ASAP.

If I'm not happy, can I get a refund?

As these are digital products, and in an effort to avoid instances of piracy and plagiarism, I am not accepting returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch via the Contact page in the first instance, and I may be able to offer you a discount on your next purchase, or another of my books free of charge.
