Please do not ask when a specific product we release. At this point, we remind you to reread our Product Rules/ToS. It’s the very first message at the top, and it will answer your question directly.

We do not take suggestions unless we need new ideas. TN Tech runs on motivation. If we do not want to make Product A, we work on Product B instead. Our developers always have multiple projects to keep things balanced.
If we decide to take suggestions in the future, we will reopen a suggestions channel or ask you to share them in the Discord general chat. You can find the link here

TN Tech runs on motivation, and we want everyone to have the same chance to buy a product. Therefore, we do not take commissions, except for close friends.
No, we do not want your money just to make an exception. Ignoring this FAQ and still asking for a commission will result in a warning in the Discord server.

Simple answer: You can't. Our management only partners with servers we know, trust, and have a solid relationship with. Typically, these are servers run by friends or well-known within the community.
Why?
In the past, people have joined TN Tech just to partner with us, use our members and customers for their own gain, and then end the "partnership" without any follow-up. This is a common advertising trick in the Roblox tech community, which is why we do not accept partnerships.

Translator
Translator applications will open soon and remain available. This is a completely voluntary role with no currency payment (like Robux), but you’ll get discounts at the start. Your job is to help translate customer requests to the ticket handler. It’s that simple.
Contributor
To be a contributor, you need to have created something for TN Tech, like a product we sell or a product you created that we have a resell license for. This role is given to people who’ve made a significant contribution, not just 1-2 products. Currently, this role doesn’t offer any benefits.
How to Get Staff (aka Admin)
You cannot apply or ask for an admin position. If we think you’re a good fit, we may ask if you’d like to become an admin. It's a simple and neutral process.
How to Get Developer
Whenever we need a developer, we will announce it and usually provide a form. As always, this will be shared in our Discord server.
What’s the Vollstreckungsbeamter’s Job?
The Vollstreckungsbeamter is responsible for handling DMCAs if you or a customer break any of our terms of service (ToS), PayHip rules, or other guidelines.
Custom Roles
Roles like "Nam," "Head of Head of Head of Head of [...] Nam," "Big Boss," "Co-Boss," and "IVAL STUDIOS" are custom roles for our management areas. These are mostly for fun, but in some cases, they stand out to show importance, like "IVAL Studios," which represents a great partnership.

We prefer not to share the exact earnings of TN Tech from PayHip. However, at the end of each year, we share our Robux earnings transparently so you don’t have to search for them. Here are the details for 2024:
- 145,000 Robux in sales, which equals about 2,170 euros. Without Roblox's take of a 30% cut, this would be around 188,500 Robux.
- 110,000 Robux paid out this year. As the owner, I personally took only 20,000 Robux, and the rest went into giveaways and paying the developers.
- 17,000 Robux given away during the Advent Calendar period.

Plans for 2025
In 2024, we didn’t release many products, except for our new best-seller, the Scania Citywide, which had a total of 13 sales on PayHip and around 5 with Robux. For 2025, I want to focus more on releasing buses with interiors.
The first pack with an interior will be the Scania Citywide, with the interior created by Offi. It might take some time, but trust me, it’ll be worth it!
I’m also sorry that the Volvo 8900, VDL Futura, and Van Hool TDX27 didn’t release in 2024. They’ll all come with interiors in 2025.
From now on, buses I create will automatically come with an interior, whether made by me in Blender or Offi with CSG. Of course, there will still be the option to get non-interior versions.

Before emailing us about a purchase, please join our Discord server. We only check emails once a week, but on Discord, response time is usually 5 minutes, and never more than 1 hour.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to get support:
0.5: Create a Discord account if you don’t have one yet.
1: Join the Discord server.
2: Verify yourself using Bloxlink as quickly as possible. You can follow this YouTube tutorial.
3: Go to the second category, "TICKETS," and click on the "tickets" channel.
4: VERY IMPORTANT: If you need support or help, open a support/help ticket. If you're looking to purchase with Robux, open a "purchase" ticket.
4.5: You can open a ticket by clicking on the blue button with the mail emoji. From there, you'll usually be contacted quickly by a staff member or someone from the management team.

How Do I Make a Bus Drivable?
You can make a bus drivable by applying an A-Chassis. There are many A-Chassis variants in the Toolbox, but not all are official or reliable.

As of February 19, 2025, there are two ways to buy with Robux: Automatic and Manual.
1. Automatic Purchase
- Join the TN Tech Hub Game.
- Make sure you are linked with the MyPod bot in the Discord server.
- Purchase the product inside the game.
- The bot will automatically send the product to you via Discord DMs.
2. Manual Purchase
This method is slightly different and requires a few extra steps:
- Do not buy the gamepass in the Hub and then ask when you will receive it.
- First, check the PayHip website to see the product you want. We update PayHip more often than Discord.
- If the price isn't listed, check the Discord Announcements channel. Use CTRL + F on desktop to search for the product name or paste the PayHip product link.
- Once you have the details, go to the "tickets" channel and open a "Purchase" ticket.
- In the ticket, introduce yourself (no real name needed, just your nickname or any relevant details).
- Provide information about which server you are from, your role there, and what you want to purchase.
- We will handle your ticket as quickly as possible. Before opening a ticket, please check the ticket opening times and ticket information at the top of the channel.

How to Buy with Gift Cards or Discord Nitro:
- Open a "Purchase" ticket in the Discord server.
- Follow the steps below to create a ticket.
How to Open a Ticket:
- Join the TN Tech Discord Server.
- Go to the "tickets" channel under the TICKETS category.
- Click on the blue button with the mail icon to open a Purchase ticket.
- Provide your details, including:
- The product you want to buy.
- The payment method (gift card, Nitro, etc.).
- Any additional information if needed.
- Wait for a response from our team.
What If My Gift Card Has Extra Credit Left?
- If your gift card has more than €0.50 left, you can choose to donate the extra amount.
- Alternatively, we can provide a coupon code for future use, up to the value of the remaining credit.
