By accessing or using any TN Tech service including but not limited to our Discord server, Roblox group, Roblox games, or PayHip store you automatically agree to comply with all Terms of Services, Rules, and our Disclaimer, regardless of whether you have read them.

Use of our products or platforms implies full acceptance of these terms.

You are not allowed to resell any TN Tech products unless the product description explicitly states that reselling is permitted.

This includes all:

• Vehicles
• Assets (e.g., wheels, lights, interiors)
• Buildings
• Scripts
• Modified versions of TN Tech products

Even free or bundled items cannot be sold separately unless clearly allowed.

Unauthorized reselling may result in a permanent blacklist from TN Tech and its partner groups, or potential DMCA action.

If you intend to sell or transfer ownership of your server or game, please be aware that TN Tech products cannot be transferred as part of the process. All assets purchased from TN Tech are licensed only to the original purchaser. This applies to both commercial sales and personal transfers (e.g., giving a project to a friend).

The new owner must individually purchase a proper license (via Robux or PayHip) in order to legally continue using TN Tech vehicles or assets in the game.

We strongly discourage selling your server or game, as this often violates both Roblox and Discord Terms of Service and may result in consequences beyond breaking TN Tech’s rules.

Important: If a product is no longer available for sale, we may still allow the new owner to purchase it. The price will be the same as what the original buyer paid unless any discounts (like coupon codes or sales) were used. Bundle pricing is not considered a discount, and does not affect the resale price.

Additionally, transferring ownership to a friend still requires them to purchase the product themselves - unless you are willing to buy it again as a gift. Refunds will not be granted for ownership transfers, as clearly stated in section 2.2.

Sharing, distributing, or trading TN Tech products with others is strictly prohibited - this applies to both free and paid products. A product license is valid only for the original purchaser and may not be shared under any circumstances.

This includes all:

• Assets (e.g., wheels, lights, interiors)
• Buildings
• Scripts
• Modified versions of TN Tech products

If you'd like to share a free product with someone, you must direct them to TN Tech’s official channels so they can obtain their own license.

Violating this rule may result in a permanent blacklist from TN Tech and its partners, or potential DMCA action.

When posting or sharing images that feature TN Tech products such as in creations channels or on social media (e.g., Discord, Guilded, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc..) crediting TN Tech is appreciated, especially when showcasing vehicles or assets.

While this rule is not enforced and has no direct consequences, we strongly encourage giving credit as a sign of respect for our work and to help promote fair use within the community.

Liveries must be created by the license holder or a Director/Head Developer of the game or studio. Sharing the product with third-party servers or external users for liveries, advertising, or any type of modification is strictly not allowed.

The only exceptions are approved service providers or trusted development teams. These are the only servers permitted to work on liveries, advertising, or modifications - provided the license holder owns the product and the involved developers have agreed to help:

Purchasing TN Tech products as gifts is only allowed via the official PayHip website. Private or unofficial gifting methods are strictly prohibited. This policy exists to ensure that licenses are only issued to verified individuals and to prevent unauthorized distribution.

You may purchase asset packs as gifts through PayHip, but gifting vehicles or major products privately is not allowed.

Converting vehicles into planned or already on-sale versions of buses is prohibited, as this can be exploited to avoid purchasing future products.

Example: Converting a Scania LF into a Scania LF Electric is not allowed.

Minor modifications, such as changing window configurations, are permitted. However, major changes like door configurations are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once a pack is finalized and confirmed as complete by TN Tech, additional configurations (e.g., door changes) may be created, as long as we no longer plan to offer those variations.

Only Head Developers or higher are allowed to purchase TN Tech products for games. Contributors are not permitted, as they are considered the original creators of assets or vehicles, or the seller - not the consumer. Only TN Tech management can assign contributor roles in games.

Game staff members are not allowed to purchase assets or vehicles, as their role is to administrate the game and server, not to provide content.

Important: If a Head Developer is fired or banned, the game owner must remove TN Tech assets. By purchasing from TN Tech, you confirm that you have informed the game’s management of this requirement. If the assets are not removed, they must be purchased separately by the new owner.

TN Tech does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our products include detailed previews and, where possible, videos to help prevent incorrect purchases.

As a digital store offering non-destructible files, refunding can lead to abuse. Once downloaded, products cannot be "returned," and bad actors may falsely claim deletion while still using the assets.

All TN Tech products are digital goods, therefore refunds are not possible once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing via PayHip or Robux, you automatically agree to this policy. Requesting a refund after agreeing to the rules, regardless of the reason, does not override this policy.

If a Robux purchase was made accidentally and the file has not been delivered yet, a 70% refund may be issued. The remaining 30% cannot be refunded due to Roblox transaction and sales fees.

Refunds are not provided even if the customer quits Roblox, as product usage cannot be verified after purchase.

We’ve observed that over 70% of users who leave Roblox eventually return, resuming development.

Real-world analogy: Buying a video game, quitting gaming for a while, and later deciding to play again - you wouldn’t expect a refund just because you stopped playing temporarily.

Disassembling TN Tech vehicles such as taking air conditioners, headlights, or other components to use on different vehicles is not allowed by default.

Exceptions:

• You may request special permission via a support ticket in our Discord server.
• Approved reuse is limited only to products from the following trusted servers:
• Mercator
• IVAL Studios
• Lucen Shop

Using TN Tech parts in other products without explicit approval may result in a permanent blacklist or DMCA action.

Using TN Tech parts in products that you intend to sell is strictly prohibited, unless the specific product clearly states that resale as part of another product is allowed. This rule is consistent with 1.1 Reselling Restrictions, and includes any part, asset, or modification derived from TN Tech products.

If a TN Tech product includes an A-Chassis by IVAL Studios, it must remain within the original product. This includes the tune, wheels, and all components. You are not allowed to transfer or reuse the chassis in other vehicles, even ones you own.

The A-Chassis is already priced into your purchase.

If you need a custom version or reuse permissions, please contact IVAL Studios directly via their Discord.

Unauthorized use may result in a permanent blacklist from TN Tech and its partners.

The Mesh Deformation Articulation (the bending mid-section of articulated buses) included in specific TN Tech products must remain within the original vehicle it was purchased with.

Due to the rarity and technical limitations of mesh deformation scripts, transferring this system to other vehicles or projects is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule may lead to a permanent blacklist from TN Tech and its partners, or potential DMCA action.

Purchasing products for use as an insert or slot is only allowed in the Transport Simulator 2026 and Fastnet

Only the Director or Head Developer of a company, who has personally purchased the model, is allowed to use it. Lower-ranked employees cannot purchase a model as a gift or favor for the company.

The license holder, who pays for the product, is the only individual permitted to possess the model. Sharing the model with other company staff members is strictly prohibited.

If the license holder leaves or is dismissed from the company, the company is not allowed to retain the model for use. If the product is not re-purchased by a Director or Head Developer, a DMCA takedown notice will be issued against the company.

If you choose to purchase a product using Robux or gift cards (see FAQ → Payment Methods), your server must meet the following requirements:

• The server must be at least 3 months old
• → Exception: If your project was moved to a new server and you can provide proof
• The server must have active development
• A minimum of 25 Discord members is required
• → Staff and bots are not included
• The server must be active
• → At least 1 announcement or development update per month is required

A server is considered inactive if updates, announcements, or development progress are rarely posted.

To purchase products using Robux or gift cards, you must have a role directly related to development and be at least in a Head / Lead Development position. A simple developer is not allowed to be involved in or make purchases.

Allowed roles include positions such as Head of Developers, Head Development, Lead Developer, or Development Manager (✅).

Roles such as Admin, Moderation roles, Community Manager, Contributor, Sponsors, Members, VIP, Partners, or any role not related to development are not allowed (❌).

Exception: An Event Manager may be accepted only if the product is used strictly for an event and no other users have access to it.
