EN — End User License Agreement (governing version)

1. License grant: Upon full payment, TRJ-Design (JOHN HENN, Zöllerstraße 18, 53937 Schleiden, Germany) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased overlay pack (images, PSD files, browser/recolor studio files, WebM files — the "Assets") for one streamer / one channel brand (yours).

2. What you MAY do:

- Use the Assets in your own live streams, VODs, clips, videos, channel branding, thumbnails and social posts promoting your channel — on any platform (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, etc.).

- Commercial streaming use is included (monetized channels, sponsored streams).

- Modify the Assets for your own use: recoloring via the included Studio/PSD, text/logo changes, cropping, animating.

- Place your own logo in the logo slot; remove the TRJ mark.

3. What you may NOT do:

- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the Assets or modified versions of them as files (including in template packs, asset bundles, marketplaces, Discord file shares, team drives).

- Use the Assets for more than one streamer/brand. Each streamer needs their own license (team/organization licenses: contact us).

- Include the Assets in products or services you sell (e.g. your own overlay packs, design services deliverables).

- Sell merchandise/print-on-demand products of the artwork itself.

- Mint the Assets as NFTs, or use them to train AI/ML models.

- Claim authorship of the original designs.

4. Ownership: The Assets are licensed, not sold. TRJ-Design retains all intellectual property rights. Your logo remains yours.

5. Fonts: Bundled fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL); their own license files in the `fonts/` folder govern the fonts.

6. Delivery & support: Digital download via the shop. Template packs are sold as-is (no revision rounds); usage support via trjdesign@outlook.de. Refunds: see the shop's Refund Policy.

7. Warranty & liability: The Assets are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including §§ 327 ff. BGB for German consumers regarding digital products) remain unaffected. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent legally permissible; mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for injury to life, body, health) remains unaffected.

8. Term & termination: The license is perpetual but terminates automatically upon material breach (especially Section 3). Upon termination you must stop using and delete the Assets.

9. Law: German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
