I have a history of creating innovative community outreach programs that educate the public about mental health. Whether it be involving the creative arts, health fairs, podcasting, and social media. The heart of what I provide is in-depth psychotherapy, whether we meet for a short duration or work with one another over decades, we are all becoming.
