This page exists to clarify expectations around digital materials and private engagements, and to preserve the integrity of our posture-first model.

Our practice is built on discernment, alignment, and mutual consent—not urgency, obligation, or transactional pressure.

Digital Materials & Published Artifacts

Certain offerings provided through this practice may include digitally distributed materials, artifacts, or written works.

    •    All materials are delivered electronically.

    •    Once delivery has occurred, sales are final.

    •    Due to the nature of digital delivery, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible.

Digital delivery provides perpetual access and ownership to the recipient. As such, once access is granted, the transaction is considered complete.

We encourage all individuals to review descriptions carefully and to engage through orientation or inquiry prior to purchase when available.

Private Engagements & Advisory Work

Private engagements—including advisory, posture work, retainers, and inquiry-based services—are not transactional servicesand are not offered on a refundable basis.

Our model is intentionally designed to prevent misalignment:

    •    All work begins with an orientation inquiry

    •    Engagement proceeds after parties agree

    •    Absent agreement, no fees or work is initiated

Because engagements are entered into by informed, voluntary agreement, refunds are not provided once an engagement has commenced.

This structure exists to protect both parties and to ensure that responsibility, discretion, and clarity are preserved throughout the relationship.

Cancellations & Discontinuation

Either party may discontinue participation in an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.

    •    Discontinuation does not imply fault

    •    Discontinuation does not obligate reimbursement for time, access, or advisory capacity already reserved or rendered

    •    Reserved time, preparation, and intellectual stewardship are considered rendered upon commitment

Specific terms, where applicable, are documented prior to engagement.

No Guarantees or Performance Promises

This practice does not offer guarantees, outcomes, or performance assurances.

All work is reflective, advisory, and posture-oriented. Decisions, actions, and results remain the responsibility of the individual or organization engaging our services.
