A little about me
I'm Tess Ananda, a curious human who spent a whole lot of years trying to figure out how to actually enjoy being alive. After a decade working as a behavioural interventionist, I found myself burnt out, struggling with my own mind, and realizing that knowing all the things you're supposed to do doesn't necessarily mean you know how to make life feel different.
So, I started doing things differently. I left my job, packed up my life, took my backpack to Mexico, and began exploring what was possible when I stopped doing things the way I'd always done them. It's been a journey of healing, self-discovery, movement, mindset shifts, a few plot twists, and learning to find a whole lot more joy in being human.
Now, I'm passionate about taking what I've learned through both my work and my own life and turning it into practical tools that actually help. From mindset to wellness, I'm here to explore what helps us feel better, understand ourselves a little more, and create lives we genuinely love living. I'm still learning as I go, but that's half the fun, and if there's one thing I know, it's that sometimes a completely different perspective can change everything. ♡
