About Me

I’m a creator who has spent a lot of time learning the hard way.

I’ve built, shared, pushed, burned out, pulled back, and started again more than once. Like many artists and content creators, I’ve felt the pressure to keep going even when something inside me was asking for attention. For a long time, I mistook emotional strain for weakness and discipline for self-neglect.

What changed wasn’t motivation or productivity — it was awareness.

Learning to notice what was happening internally, and responding with care instead of force, reshaped the way I create and live. Over time, I began to understand that creativity isn’t just about output or consistency. It’s about the relationship you have with yourself while you’re creating.

That understanding is what led me to write The Aware Creator — a calm guide shaped by lived experience, reflection, and honest observation. It’s written for artists and content creators who want longevity, clarity, and a more sustainable way of creating without losing themselves in the process.

I don’t write from a place of having everything figured out. I write from the process of paying attention, learning, and continuing — with curiosity and care.
