Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g., if the product is defective); therefore, refund requests will NOT be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, due to the fact that the product(s) are digital item(s) that would have been "downloaded" and so cannot be returned to us, unlike a "physical product" that could be returned to us in the post.
