Returns & Refunds:

📌 Physical Items: We can accept returns/issue refunds for "physical items," i.e., those received in the post, e.g., paperback books, etc. Please see our Returns/Refunds Policy Here

📌 Digital Products: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g., if the product is defective); therefore, refund requests will NOT be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, due to the fact that the product(s) is/are a digital item(s) that would have been "downloaded" so cannot be returned to us, unlike a "physical product " that could be returned to us in the post. Please see our Returns/Refunds Policy Here
