If you are purchasing from outside the UK or EU:
- Statutory 14-day cancellation rights may not apply;
- Returns are accepted at our discretion unless goods are faulty or misdescribed.
📌 Physical Items: 14-Day Right to Cancel
If you purchase physical books online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
We can accept returns/issue refunds for "physical items", i.e., those received in the post, e.g., paperback books, etc. Please see our Returns/Refunds Policy. Here
📌 Digital Items – Immediate Download Products: No Right to Cancel after Download/Access
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g., if the product is defective); therefore, refund requests will NOT be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, due to the fact that the product(s) is/are a digital item(s) that would have been "downloaded" so cannot be returned to us in the post, unlike a "physical product" that could be returned to us in the post. 📌 Pre-sale Digital Products: Cancellation Rights
Your cancellation rights for pre-order digital products remain subject to statutory cancellation rights, i.e., your legal right to cancel continues until download/access takes place.
