Non-refundable items
Please purchase carefully, because unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for digital content/digital downloads (only in exceptional circumstances, e.g., if the product is defective); therefore, refund requests will NOT be accepted should you decide to change your mind ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED / ACCESSED THE PRODUCT. Only physical items can be returned in the post; digital content cannot be returned to us once downloaded or accessed.

Digital content supplied without a tangible medium is treated differently under UK/EU law. When purchasing an immediately downloadable digital product:
