I’m an Ofsted-registered Childminder as well as a Registered Nurse, so I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to get every single document compliant while running a busy setting.

I was a Hospital Manager for a long time and one huge part of that role was to develop and execute important policies and documents that were compliant across the board. My experience has helped me to transfer that skill over to Childminding and ensuring that the business side of things is top notch!
