I've spent the last 13 years in the social media and influencer marketing world, part strategist, part creator, part unofficial therapist for overworked campaign managers. 😅 I’ve built influencer programs from scratch for major brands, managed seven-figure budgets, and run campaigns for Hilton, L’Oréal, Waldorf Astoria, and plenty more you’ve heard of. I’ve also successfully executed over 150 brand collabs as a creator myself, so when I say I’ve seen this industry from every angle, I freaking mean it.
I’m not here to convince you your problem is that you’re not batching enough or that you need 8 - 15 hashtags on every post for maximum reach.

I'm Courtney.
