I’ve spent the last 13 years working in influencer marketing and social media, both as a creator and as a strategist for global brands like Hilton, L’Oréal, and Waldorf Astoria. I’ve built influencer departments from scratch, managed seven-figure budgets, partnered with top-tier talent, and executed more than 150 brand collaborations as a creator myself.
Professionally, I still work with brands on their influencer programs. But I also work directly with creators, because I know how hard it is to see your own brilliance when you’re buried in the day-to-day.
About 10 years ago, while building an influencer program at an agency, a boss once told me, “You care too much about the creators, and not enough about the clients.” I wasn’t undercutting rates or pushing contracts that didn’t feel right. And for that, I was reprimanded.
But now I see it clearly. That moment showed me exactly who I was meant to advocate for. 🥹
I don’t want creators to feel confused, undervalued, or kept in the dark. I want them to feel supported, respected, and empowered to make smart, aligned decisions for themselves.
These sessions are where that work happens. I love helping creators make the most of what they’ve already built, spot opportunities they didn’t know were there, and move forward with a strategy that actually fits who they are.
You don’t need to be anyone else. You don’t need to start over. You just need clarity, direction, and a plan that works for you.
