All products purchased from The Empowered Edit are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

2. How Delivery Works

After successful payment, customers will be directed to a download page where they can access their purchased digital products.

A purchase confirmation and download instructions or link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout, subject to successful email delivery.

3. File Formats

The Business Edit — Small Business Admin & Sales Toolkit is supplied as a downloadable ZIP file containing editable business resources, including documents, templates and Excel tools.

Customers may need suitable software to open, extract and use these files.

4. Delivery Time

Digital products are normally available immediately after successful payment confirmation. Occasionally, payment processing or technical issues may cause delays.
