Terms & Conditions
Logos, Graphics, Social Media Banners, Flyers, Invitations, and Related Designs
1. Payment & Refund Policy
- All design projects require full payment upfront before any work begins.
- All payments are non-refundable, regardless of project cancellations, unsatisfactory results, or any other reasons.
- Additional products, add-ons, or services requested by the client will be priced accordingly. No discounts or price reductions apply.
2. Client Communication & Responsibility
- The client agrees to respond to drafts, revision requests, and design questions within 3 business days.
- If the client fails to respond within this timeframe (also known as dead air), The Gr8tful Brand reserves the right to pause all work until a response is received.
- The Gr8tful Brand is not responsible for chasing or contacting the client to request feedback, content, or information necessary to complete the project.
3. Design Process & Revisions
- Clients receive 2 free rounds of revisions per design project.
- Additional revisions beyond the 2 free rounds will be billed at The Gr8tful Brand’s standard hourly rate (provided in the Policy Chart at the time of inquiry).
- Any major scope changes or new requests not included in the original agreement will be treated as a separate project and billed accordingly.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery timelines depend on project scope and begin only after full payment and all required materials have been received.
- The Gr8tful Brand will provide an estimated delivery date at project start; however, delays may occur if the client fails to provide necessary content, images, or feedback.
5. Content & Materials
- The client must provide all required content (text, logos, images, etc.) unless agreed otherwise.
- If stock images or third-party content are needed, the client is responsible for licensing fees and ensuring proper usage rights.
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
- The Gr8tful Brand retains the right to showcase the completed designs in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media.
- The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed designs for business or personal use.
7. Public Disclosure
- If the client refuses to pay or discontinues communication, The Gr8tful Brand reserves the right to publicly share the circumstances on social media or other platforms, in line with the company’s transparency values.
8. Payment Methods
- The accepted payment methods are listed in the Policy Chart provided at the time of inquiry.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Gr8tful Brand is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or inability to use the completed designs or any temporary downtime.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By paying for and starting a design project with The Gr8tful Brand, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

- Payment information (via third-party processors)
- Business-related data shared for design, branding, or administrative support
- Communication records including messages, inquiries, and feedback

- Fulfill and manage your service orders
- Communicate regarding projects, payments, or delivery
- Provide updates on new offerings, promotions, or policies
- Maintain records for legal, tax, or client history purposes
3. Data Protection
All data shared with The Gr8tful Brand is securely stored and will not be sold, rented, or traded to third parties. I may use trusted third-party tools (e.g., payment platforms, email services) under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Client Conduct & Right to Disclose
The Gr8tful Brand reserves the right to publicly address or disclose information in the following instances:
- A client fails to complete payment after services have been initiated
- A client refuses communication for more than 5 business days
- A client engages in behavior that intentionally wastes time, energy, or resources
- Disputes where documentation or communication records are necessary to protect the business's integrity
In such cases, we may present factual and respectful representations of the issue across social media or other public platforms to defend our brand’s credibility, boundaries, and policies. This action will only be taken after clear attempts to resolve matters privately and professionally have been ignored or avoided.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
6. Policy Updates
I reserve the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes via social media platforms.
