HR Universe of FLA is a small business, offering what is known as Fractional HR Management, which gives small businesses access to senior-level human resources expertise on a flexible, part-time or retainer basis without full-time overhead.

This means, we provide a HR Hotline for questions, issues, and situations On-Demand, and/or projects and deliverables (e.g., handbooks, policies, training, or hiring services) on an as-needed basis. We serve small businesses or organizations who do not have or need a full time HR manager or person, but definitely need HR work done and help with the people issues.

Serving clients since 2006 around the US, the President has a Masters in HR and 25 years of on the ground experience in a variety of industries and sectors, including restaurants, private schools; churches; repair shops; transportation companies; accounting, medical and law firms; medical and dental offices; spas and salons; manufacturing facilities; service industries; and more.
