Returns & Refunds Policy


At The Naughty Mushroom, we want you to love your cheeky goodies. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.



1. Custom Items (Personalised Cards & T-Shirts)

Our personalised products are made specially for you—with your own message, style, or design.

Because of this:

  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:
  • There is a manufacturing defect,
  • Or you received the wrong item.

If you believe your custom order has an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can help.



2. Non-Custom Items

For items that are not personalised—such as colouring books, bookmarks, and other standard products—you may request a return or exchange.

Return eligibility:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.



3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.



4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll replace it or offer a refund — whichever you prefer.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem
