• Because they’re custom, these items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

5. Non-Custom Products

• For non-custom items (like colouring books or bookmarks), returns or exchanges are possible within 5 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition. Contact us via the Contact Page to arrange a return.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently only ship within the UK.

• Delivery times: 2–11 business days, depending on your order and location.

• Shipping cost: £1.60–£4, depending on the order.

7. Our Responsibility

• We do our best to deliver perfect products, but slight variations in colour or design may happen.

• We aren’t responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect address details provided by you.
