These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital products, services, and offers purchased through Psyche Matterz Pty Ltd via The North Node Portal on Payhip (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Access
All products and services sold are digital in nature (PDFs, digital guides, templates, online experiences, AI toolkits, etc.).
Once your purchase is processed and access is delivered, the product is considered fully received.
Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Payments
Payments are securely processed via Payhip and/or its integrated payment providers.
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes and processing fees.
We are not responsible for payment processor issues, delays, or errors.
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by law.

All content, materials, and digital assets you purchase — including text, audio, video, graphics, PDFs, AI outputs, frameworks, and downloads — are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

We only collect information necessary to fulfill your purchase (such as your name, email, and transaction ID).
