Since all products are digital
(E-Books, PDF Guides, DIY Templates), no refunds are available once the download has started.
By making a purchase, you explicitly agree that the download is available immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB expires as soon as the download begins.
Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
For digital products that can be downloaded immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal exists only as long as the download has not yet started.
Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
Your right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB once:
- You have explicitly agreed that the download will be made available immediately, and
- You have acknowledged that starting the download results in the loss of your right of withdrawal.
Since my products are delivered digitally immediately after payment, no refunds are possible after the download begins.
