These terms and conditions apply to all digital products sold through my Payhip store.

Only digital products are offered, including:

- DIY Templates
The buyer receives a non-transferable, personal license to use the products.
Reselling or sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally via direct download immediately after successful payment.
5. Prices & Payment
The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply.
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered by Payhip.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products that can be downloaded immediately, the right of withdrawal expires once the buyer agrees to start the download immediately.
Therefore, no refunds are provided after download.
7. Liability
I am not liable for technical failures of Payhip or payment providers.
No liability is accepted for damages resulting from incorrect use of the content.
8. Copyright
All content is protected by copyright.
Products may only be used for personal purposes.
9. Privacy
For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
