Anything you enter into the notes, tools, and reflection prompts stays on your own device. Every module also includes a download-to-PDF button so you can keep a copy of your notes outside the browser.

One thing worth knowing: the file needs an internet connection to run, because it pulls in the standard web tools that power the interactive features each time you open it. Those connections don't collect your personal information.
