Yes. The phase you download is a self-contained file that runs in your web browser, with no installation and no account to create. Anything you enter into the notes, tools and reflection prompts stays on your own device. Every module also includes a download-to-PDF button so you can keep a copy of your notes outside the browser.

It's worth knowing that the file needs an internet connection to run, because it pulls in the standard web tools that power the interactive features each time you open it. Those connections don't collect your personal information.

Most managers work through a phase over four to six weeks, spending one to two hours per module. The system is designed to move at the pace of real work, so you can apply each module to what's actually on your plate that week rather than binge it and forget it.

Phase 1 (New Manager Essentials) is built for your first year in a manager role, starting with your first 90 days, and covers the mindset shift, the first-90-day roadmap and the foundational practices. Phase 2 (Developing Manager) is for managers with a year or more of experience who are ready to sharpen delegation, feedback and performance practices. Phase 3 (Experienced Manager) is for tenured managers asking whether their leadership growth has kept pace with their expertise. It's less effective for executives beyond the director level, or for individual contributors without direct reports.
