HI ! i live in the countryside of Normandy, France. Surrounded by quiet landscapes and simple, seasonal food, I spend my time cooking, making music, and enjoying a slower pace of life.

A lifelong lover of food, sci-fi, music. I believe that good cooking doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs care, clarity, and respect for the ingredients. When im not in the kitchen, i plays drums and write music, drawing inspiration from rhythm, balance, and simplicity.

The Humble Collection began as a way to share that philosophy: approachable, easy-to-follow recipes that feel honest and achievable, yet are presented with professional polish. my goal is to help people cook good food with confidence, without pressure or pretence.I also am in the middle of writing my first sci-fi novel called "US" , I read my first book on ufo,s at the age of 8 ! and have always been fascinated with the subject spending all my life looking into all aspects of the subject, you will find that even though my page is called the recipe guru i will often put my other projects on here for sale ! variety is the spice of life as they say, Thankyou if you have taken time to read this!
