HI ! i live in the countryside of Normandy, France. Surrounded by quiet landscapes and simple, seasonal food, I spend my time cooking, making music, and enjoying a slower pace of life.

A lifelong lover of food, sci-fi, music. I believe that good cooking doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs care, clarity, and respect for the ingredients. When im not in the kitchen, i plays drums and write music, drawing inspiration from rhythm, balance, and simplicity.
