1. Bookings & Payment

Sessions are booked and paid for via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are not accepted. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to pass your space to someone else, please let us know the new booking name in advance.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Late arrivals are welcome to join for the remainder of the session; no extra time will be given to make up for time missed. No-shows will not receive a refund.

4. Session Changes by Us

Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel a session (e.g. due to illness). Where this happens, we’ll offer you a place at an alternative session or a full refund.

5. Behaviour Expectations

We ask that all children and accompanying adults treat staff, other families, and the venue with respect and kindness, to keep sessions safe and enjoyable for everyone.

6. Health & Safety

All health, safety, and supervision terms are set out in our Participation Waiver, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and store personal information (such as name, email, and contact details) solely to manage bookings and communicate with you about sessions. We do not share your information with third parties beyond what’s necessary to run our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All session plans, content, branding, and materials belong to The Sensory Patch and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Complaints

If you have any concerns about a session, please contact us directly so we can address them.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
