HOW IT WORKS

We start with your plans and define exactly what you want to source. I prepare a personalised proposal with the categories, deliverables, milestones and responsibilities. We then work through the selections and sourcing stages, with your approval before orders and spending commitments.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PROJECT

This is a tailored sourcing service. Your builder and relevant consultants confirm dimensions, installation requirements and product suitability before ordering. The proposal sets out who handles supplier payments, inspections, freight and delivery coordination.

YOUR INVESTMENT

From $9,500 AUD

A personalised service fee based on your project scope and coordination needs. Product purchases, samples, shipping, duties, taxes and third-party services are additional unless expressly included. A private China sourcing trip is available to discuss as an optional add-on.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON / SOURCE IN CHINA

For a whole-home project, seeing your selections together in person can be especially valuable. Add a private sourcing trip with Kaitlyn, with a tailored three- or five-day itinerary focused on the suppliers and product categories in your whole-house sourcing plan.

Your trip could include pre-trip planning, arranged showroom or factory appointments, accompanied sourcing days, help with selections and supplier discussions, and agreed post-trip follow-up. The trip is quoted as an optional addition to your Whole House package, with a clear itinerary, inclusions and total service fee. Your own travel and product purchases are additional unless expressly included.
