We are Ciana Ni Churraoin & Frida Farstad Eriksson from Galway, Ireland and Stockholm, Sweden, respectively.

We work as mental performance consultant delivering online and in-person workshops to sports teams, individual athletes, exercise groups, business people, and the general population to help them develop mental skills such as motivation, confidence, focus, resilience, and much more.

Ciana has a sporting background in GAA sports in Ireland and has represented her county in both Gaelic football and camogie, as well as representing Team Ireland in GAA Handball.

Frida has played elite soccer in Stockholm and in the US for 17 years. Most recently, she spent four years playing D1 soccer at University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley.

Both Ciana and Frida are passionate about helping people and in particular sharing their expertise regarding the psychological aspect of performance and how to develop mental skills to help you on and off the field.
