Because of the nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales are final.

Digital Products

Once a digital product, guide, course, or downloadable material has been accessed or delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Coaching & Programs

Coaching sessions, programs, and educational services are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of participation level or completion.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, and
• The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
