I coach because I am here to help people become the best version of themselves. On the track, off the track, in every part of my life, that is the work I care about.

I make everything simple on purpose. I battle auditory processing disorder, so I know what it feels like when information comes at you too fast and too tangled to hold onto. It taught me to strip things down until they actually make sense. That is what you get from me. The real thing, made plain.

People come to me because I do not judge. I am not here to tell you that you are doing it wrong. I am here to hand you what I know and help you find the answer that works for you, your kids, your program, your life.

My message has never changed. Show up, do the work, and give your best at whatever level you operate.
