HOW TO APPLY

1. Register using the affiliate signup button below.

2. Email team@theunengagedagent.com with the subject “Course affiliate application.” Include your name, Payhip registration email, country, profile or website links, intended audience, and a short promotion plan. Confirm that you have read and agree to this page’s program rules. Do not email passwords or payment credentials.

3. Wait for written approval. We then assign the course at 40% commission so you can access your unique promotional links in Payhip. Registration alone does not activate course promotion or commission eligibility.

BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME

No minimum follower count. Before approval, have one live public channel and three relevant, original posts, and explain how you will reach real estate agents interested in video or AI marketing. You may apply before launching your profiles; your application remains pending until these requirements are met.

Applicants in France and other countries may apply. Approval depends on audience fit and our ability to support your payout method. Set your PayPal payout details in Payhip.

COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

Earn 40% of the course price actually paid, excluding taxes, on eligible sales attributed by Payhip to your assigned affiliate link. At the full $397 course price, that is $158.80. Discounts reduce commissions proportionately. This program covers this course only unless another product is approved in writing.

Payhip uses a 30-day tracking cookie and last-touch attribution. A click or registration alone does not earn commission; Payhip must record the referral and sale.

The Unengaged Agent pays eligible commissions monthly through PayPal once a sale is at least 30 days old and past any applicable refund window. The minimum payout is $50; eligible balances below $50 carry forward to the next monthly payout. Payhip tracks commissions; we handle payouts manually. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, and self-referred purchases are ineligible. Later refund or dispute adjustments will be itemized in your commission record.

PROMOTION RULES

• Clearly disclose the commission relationship alongside each promotion, in your audience’s language. Example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Follow applicable advertising rules.

• Use accurate course descriptions and current pricing. No guaranteed leads, income, sales, or business results.

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fake reviews, impersonation, self-referrals, or unauthorized coupons. Do not claim to work for or speak on behalf of TUA.

• Paid ads and changes to TUA branding require separate written approval. No paid ads bidding on “Unengaged Agent” or the course name.

• Email your first three promotional posts for review before publishing. Do not claim personal course experience unless you actually have it.

New affiliates start with a 60-day review period after course activation. We review accuracy, professionalism, relevant activity, and audience fit; there is no mandatory sales quota. We may pause or end participation for violations and explain the reason. Legitimate eligible commissions remain payable under the payment rules above.
