We offer a 14-calendar-day refund period for paid purchases of the Reels, Shorts and TikTok for Real Estate Agents Course.

Approved refunds equal 100% of the amount actually paid after any coupon, discount, credit, or promotional adjustment. Refunds are not calculated using the course’s regular list price. Orders receiving complimentary access or a 100% discount have no monetary value and are not eligible for a cash refund.

To request a refund, email team@theunengagedagent.com within 14 calendar days of purchase and include the email address used for the order. When a refund is approved, access to the course and associated downloadable materials will be revoked.

Duplicate charges, technical access problems, and transactions required to be refunded by applicable law will be handled separately. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
