Yes! You can use the beats on streaming platforms as long as you have purchased the appropriate license. Different licenses have different limits on streams, copies, and usage, so be sure to review the license details before buying.

We offer several license options:
- MP3 License (basic) — limited streams and copies, single video, and radio rights.
- MP3 + WAV License — higher limits and includes a WAV file.
- Premium Plus License — increased limits, multiple videos, and trackouts (stems).
- Unlimited License — unlimited usage except exclusivity.
- Exclusive License — full rights to the beat; it will no longer be sold to others.

Yes, you can upgrade your license later if you need more usage rights. However, you must purchase the higher license to legally cover your increased usage (such as more streams, copies, or videos).

Yes, credit is required on all releases unless otherwise agreed. Please include:
“Produced by TheWeekDays” or “Prod. by TheWeekDays” in your song metadata, video descriptions, or promotional materials

Yes. Regardless of the license purchased, my producer tag will always remain on the beat for legal protection and to prevent unauthorized use. This tag cannot be removed—unless you contact me directly, receive approval, and purchase the Exclusive License.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please listen carefully to previews and read all descriptions before purchasing

If a beat contains a sample, it will be clearly stated in the product description along with a sample clearance notice. Clearing any samples is the buyer’s responsibility before releasing or monetizing any music made with that beat. We do not clear samples for buyers

Commercial uses outside of standard music releases may require a higher-tier license or custom agreement. Please contact us before purchasing if you plan to use a beat for commercial projects beyond typical music distribution.

- For non-exclusive licenses, yes — the beat remains available for others to license.
- For exclusive licenses, no — once sold, the beat is removed from the store and will not be sold to anyone else.
