– Used for Music Recording
– Up to 1,000,000 Online Audio Streams
– For Profit Live Performances
– Distribute up to 10,000 copies
– Up to 2 Music Videos
– Radio Broadcasting Rights on up to 2 stations
– Includes Trackouts (Stems) for full mixing control
– Non-exclusive license
Unlimited License:
– Used for Music Recording
– Unlimited Online Audio Streams
– Unlimited Distribution (sales or copies)
– Unlimited Music Videos
– For Profit Live Performances
– Unlimited Radio Broadcasting Rights
– Includes Trackouts (Stems)
– Monetization on all platforms allowed
– Non-exclusive license
Exclusive License:
– Used for Music Recording
– Unlimited Online Audio Streams
– Unlimited Distribution (sales or copies)
– Unlimited Music Videos
– For Profit Live Performances
– Unlimited Radio Broadcasting Rights
– Includes Trackouts (Stems)
– Full Commercial Use Rights
– Beat is removed from the store and will no longer be sold or licensed
– Buyer may register the final song with Performance Rights Organizations (BMI, ASCAP, etc.)
– Exclusive license — no other artist may use the beat
– TheWeekDays retains publishing rights unless otherwise agreed in writing
3. Sample Clearance
Some beats may contain samples of copyrighted material from third parties. These samples may not be cleared and are used solely for demonstration purposes.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
If a beat contains a sample, it will be clearly stated in the product description with a notice. TheWeekDays does not clear samples on behalf of the buyer. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to clear any samples used in the beat before releasing, distributing, or monetizing any song made with that beat.
TheWeekDays is not liable for any legal claims, copyright strikes, or takedowns that arise from the unauthorized use of samples.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products offered (beats, audio files, licenses), no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after purchase.
Please listen carefully to beat previews and read all descriptions before completing your order. If you encounter a technical issue accessing your files, contact us and we will assist you.
5. Delivery of Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link and, if applicable, your licensing agreement.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. For any delivery issues, contact support at the email listed below.
6. Usage Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated in your license, you may not:
– Resell, transfer, or sublicense any beat or audio product
– Use unlicensed or untagged versions of beats for public release
– Upload content using a beat to streaming platforms without a valid license
– Use the beat in illegal, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content
– Remove producer tags without permission (if applicable)
Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
7. Producer Credit Requirement
All beats used in released songs must include visible and/or audible credit to the producer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proper credit should be listed as:
“Produced by TheWeekDays” or “Prod. by TheWeekDays”
This applies to digital platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music), social media, music videos, and any promotional materials.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through this store (such as your name, email address, or payment details) is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. All payments are securely handled through Payhip and their trusted payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
9. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. TheWeekDays is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of products sold through this store.
