About The Author
Assembling the pieces between the non-divergent world and the brilliance of being ADHD.
I’m Dr. Anders Osborne, Ph.D., an ADHD specialist, educator, author, and parent with more than 30 years of experience supporting ADHD youth, teens, families, and the educators who serve them. My work is grounded in translating complex research on ADHD and executive function into practical, skill-based guidance that parents can actually use in daily life.
I created the Thriving With ADHD™ framework to move families away from confusion, shame, and constant crisis management—and toward clarity, structure, and confidence. My approach is not about fixing children, but about mentoring skills through four foundational pillars: ConnectWell™ (social skills), OrganizeMe™ (time and organization), ImpulseMastery™ (emotional and behavioral regulation), and FuelRight™ (nutrition and brain support), alongside StudySmart™ skills for learning and school success.
Through my books and digital resources, I aim to support parents whether their child is medicated or not, offering education that respects family values, honors neurodiversity, and focuses on long-term success at home, school, and in life.
Thank you for being here—and for choosing to invest in understanding, structure, and skill-building for your child.
