About Tweaks

Tweaks is an inclusive wellbeing space built around small, realistic health and wellbeing experiments for real life.

It was created for people who do not always see themselves in mainstream wellbeing advice – people who are tired, busy, overwhelmed, neurodivergent, living with chronic illness, or simply fed up of being told to completely transform their lives.

Tweaks turns trusted health and wellbeing ideas into tiny, doable experiments that feel more manageable in everyday life. No pressure, no perfection, and no pretending everyone has the same energy, time, money or starting point.

At its heart, Tweaks is about helping people feel more confident, more curious and more able to find what works for their own body, brain and life.

Alongside this public-facing work, Tweaks is also informed by UK public health thinking, behaviour change science, and over 14 years of experience supporting patients and working alongside NHS teams, including within a rare disease Centre of Excellence.

That means the approach is warm and accessible, but it is built on solid foundations.

Tweaks products are designed mainly for individual use, with some resources also suitable for facilitated use in health, coaching and community settings as the project grows.
